Domaine Pichot, Vouvray (Loire Valley, France) 2008
This wine showcases a medium body, a delicate, silky mouthfeel, and vibrant acidity with aromas and flavors of honey, tangerine, minerals and citrus fruits. This wine is 100% Chenin Blanc.


Gustav, Gruner Veltliner, Wachau (Austria) 2008
GruVe, Austria’s most-planted grape variety, offers this food-friendly wine that has subtle minerals, floral, lemon, and pear notes. The wine is dry, medium-bodied yet with broad and round mouth feel. The long, minerally finish adds complexity.

Pepperwood Grove, Chardonnay, California 2007
A quintessential California Chardonnay – full-bodied, creamy-textured, boldly oaky with ripe tropical fruit flavors.

Cloudline, Pinot Gris, Oregon 2007
Nice balance of fruit and acidity. Goes perfect with fish, especially Sashimi and Gravlax, Cheese and Shellfish. The dry, crisp quality also goes well with spicy foods.

Finca Abril, Malbec ‘Rapsodia’, Valle del Uco (Argentina) 2006
Full, rich, fleshy, fruit-forward wine with ripe plums, cassis, blackberries, and hints of vanilla characterize this wine. Smooth, rounded palate; no hard edges on this wine.

Novelty Hill, Syrah, Columbia Valley 2007
